About the event

While we’re doing our best to multi-task amidst a million distractions, our minds are often skipping ahead to the future to worry and plan, or they’re dipping into the past to ruminate.

So we go on auto-pilot. And in doing so, we miss important cues that could help us respond rather than react in moments of high stress. Or we spiral into negative thought patterns, worrying about what could go wrong or ruminating on what already has.


It's no wonder so many of us struggle with stress, anxiety, and depression. When our minds become disconnected from our bodies, they get, well, sorta fizzy.


Through mindfulness, we can reconnect our minds with our bodies to wake up to the present moment. We can learn how to choose where and how we place our attention so that we can create space between all of those thought bubbles. Space to steady ourselves, to…
