Accessibility and accommodations

Our commitment

We believe beer is made to be enjoyed by all, and we are always looking for ways to make our products and events more accessible to the widest possible audience, regardless of circumstance and ability. If there are any ways in which you feel we could better achieve this, we encourage you to fill out the form at the bottom of this page and let us know.

Deaf and Hard-of-Hearing Community Accommodations

Skeleton Key Brewery will provide an ASL interpreter and/or written materials for any class or spoken-word event (such as Spectral Silhouette or OUTspoken) upon request. Simply fill out the form at the bottom of the page or email us here to request accommodations. Please note: Because we use a third-party service (5 Star Interpreting) for ASL interpretation, we cannot guarantee accommodations if a request is made less than 10 days prior to a class or event (though we will certainly try!).

Visual Impairment and Mobility Disability Accommodations

All of our beer menus are currently available in digital format and can be zoomed in for larger text.

Our website, skeletonkeybrewery.com was designed on a Mac in Chrome, and performs best in Chrome, Safari, Microsoft Edge, and Firefox browsers. The site aims to adhere as closely as possible to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG 2.0, Level AA), published by the World Wide Web Consortium (W3C). These guidelines explain how to make Web content more accessible for people with disabilities. Conformance with these guidelines will help make the web more user friendly to everyone.

Whilst we strive to adhere to the guidelines and standards for accessibility, it is not always possible to do so in all areas of the website, but we are always working to improve this. Be aware that due to the dynamic nature of the website, minor issues may occasionally occur as it is updated regularly. We are continually seeking out solutions that will bring all areas of the site up to the same level of overall web accessibility.

If you have any comments and or suggestions relating to improving the accessibility of our site, please don't hesitate to contact us using the form below or at info[at]skeletonkeybrewery[dot]com. We appreciate your feedback!

Let us know how we can BETTER SERVE YOU!

Thank you for your feedback!

Thanks for reaching out! We will follow up if you have requested we do so!
