Prepare for real-world emergency situations by learning life-saving skills with hands-on practice and professional guidance from David Cotterell of Downers Grove CPR.

To ensure optimal consistency with AHA guidelines, this course is video-driven, with live instructor guidance. Each student is provided with a manikin to practice techniques on as each skill is covered, and then students will put all of the individual skills together in a simulated cardiac arrest. Each student will also receive a booklet to take home that includes all the information covered in class. After class, you can enjoy a complimentary beer, cider, or seltzer at the Lounge bar.

Skills Covered: This course covers adult Hands-Only CPR, child CPR with breaths, choking relief, and AED use. 

Learning Environment: The course is taught in a classroom setting, utilizing the AHA's practice-while-watching technique, which allows participants to learn by watching and practicing skills at the same time.
