Our boiler recently suffered a critical failure and had to be replaced, so we are working as fast as we can to get more SKB beer on tap ASAP, but beer takes time. "Stelogante" Italian Pilsner

4.6% ABV -- This elegant lager is crisp and light, with lively effervescence and a bright, tangerine-forward citrus aroma. A portmanteau of our head brewer's kids' names, it's pronounced "Stell-oh-gahn-tay" :)

"Isle of Lisle" Mexican-style Lager

4.7% ABV -- Guest tap from Bubblehouse! -- An easy-drinking, lightly sweet lager brewed with Pilsner, Munich Malt and Flaked Corn. Lightly hopped with Motueka to give a mild citrus and lime finish. 16oz pour.

"Ludwig" Vienna Lager

4.5% ABV -- Guest tap from Brother Chimp! -- A crystal clear, easy drinking lager. The flavor is dominated by a traditional Vienna malt presence, providing a light toasty, biscuit flavor, while hop presence is limited for exceedingly smooth drinkability. 16oz pour

"Migratory" Toasted Coconut Golden Ale

5.3% ABV -- Our most popular beer! A lighter-bodied ale, Migratory offers up nutty notes of coconut with just a bare hint of sweetness. Served in a 16oz tulip glass. Cans coming soon -- growlers and Crowlers available in the meantime!

"Paintball Fight" Sour Ale

4.7% ABV -- A bit tart, a little funky, a LOT refreshing! Add a shot of a tropical Elixir for a fruity treat :) Served in a 16oz tulip glass.

"Cosmic Gufo" Hazy IPA

7% ABV -- Our pillowy-soft Gufo canvas, painted in bright swaths of fresh navel orange and tangerine, scattered with orange blossoms and dollops of peach jam, and gilded with tropical pineapple. A hint of creamsicle vibes, with just a knife’s edge of bitterness on the finish. Available in Crowlers and growlers to-go.

5.1% ABV -- Guest tap from Werk Force! -- This oatmeal stout is packed with delicious German chocolate rye and roasted barley along with fluffy layers of flaked oats. Lightly hopped with Columbus and Hallertau Mittelfruh which lend a perfect balance to the malty character of this beer.
