Established in 2016, Skeleton Key Brewery is a family-owned and -operated microbrewery and taproom located in Woodridge, IL. We believe that craft beer is at its best when it blends a variety of palates and perspectives, and we aim to foster an inclusive environment in which individual differences are recognized, appreciated and respected.

Our 8,500 sq ft facility houses a 15bbl steam-fired brewhouse and three taproom seating areas with two separate bars. In addition to beer, we are passionate about education, community, live music, and bad movies.

About Us

one key, many doors

A skeleton key can open a whole bunch of different doors, and that's what we aspire to do. Through our taproom door, you'll enter a world of flavors and aromas at once familiar and excitingly new. See what we've got on tap today -- and what to take with when you head home!

The wall features acoustic-absorbing wood paneling and a mosaic of reclaimed doors painted in shades of coral, brown, and beige, some of which have preserved moss appearing to grow out of the openings.
