This summer, we’re hosting a number of Beer Tasting and Evaluation Classes as part of our Beer Aficionados Series. On a select Monday evening each month, we will look at six different beers and learn how to professionally evaluate them. EACH CLASS WILL FEATURE DIFFERENT BEERS WITH A DISTINCT THEME, so you can attend multiple classes and experience something different every time!
Over the course of two hours, expert beer judge Marty Nachel will give you a judge’s-eye-view of the evaluation process, and then put your new skills to the test with a multi-beer blind tasting session.
Questions? Contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org!
Note: This class involves tasting, so 21+ only. Refunds cannot be given for missed classes. If you need to cancel, you must do so prior to the Friday before class. Thank you.
About the instructor:
Marty has been a BJCP judge since the program started in 1986 and he is now a professional beer judge at the Great American Beer Festival and FoBAB. He is the author of “Beer for Dummies” and “Homebrewing for Dummies”. He is also an instructor for the College of DuPage “Business of Craft Beer” certificate program.
