Join us as we explore the delicious effects of barrel-aging beer — especially when those barrels previously contained other spirits. In this two-hour class, renowned beer judge and author Marty Nachel will take you through the finer points of barrel-aged beer and accompany you on a guided tasting that you don’t want to miss!

About the instructor:
Marty has been a BJCP judge since the program started in 1986 and he is now a professional beer judge at the Great American Beer Festival and FoBAB. He is the author of “Beer for Dummies” and “Homebrewing for Dummies”. He is also an instructor for the College of DuPage “Business of Craft Beer” certificate program.
